Dr Catherine See
Catherine began her professional career in health care as a nurse, clinical teacher, quality manager and senior leader. She advises on strategy, leadership, team development, talent frameworks and business models. She has almost three decades of experience as a business advisor and Executive Coach across a range of public and private organisations.
Catherine has a keen interest in how leadership and culture drives and enables change within complex organisational settings. Fundamental to this is a focus on senior leadership team cohesion.
Catherine is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile (TLC), Human Synergistics LSI 1 and 2; GLWS Certified Practitioner (Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey); PROPHET Team Insight Report; Team Alignment Survey (TAS) Instrument; TMS and MBTI.
Mr Alastair Lynch
Alastair is a triple AFL premiership player and captain with the Brisbane Lions - a member of the club’s history-making triple premiership teams of 2001-02-03. This experience of leading in a high performance / elite environment has served him well in the transition to corporate Australia where he speaks extensively on leadership, team and culture.
Alastair is the Executive Director of Client Engagement at Gravitas; working closely in support of leadership and team development programs for clients.
His own experiences of navigating health issues have also informed his expertise in coaching individuals and teams in relation to health and wellbeing issues.
Alastair has recently been appointed to the inaugural Board of the Tasmanian AFL Club which will work over coming years to bring to life a Tasmanian AFL Team.

Management, Executive and Team Coaching
Coaching is a relationship-based process that provides a disciplined way for individuals to articulate and achieve their goals. Often, for leaders and executives, the power of coaching is in the conversations and the actionable ‘game plan’ subsequently developed. Often a coach acts as the catalyst to support leaders in reframing current situations to become challenging opportunities. Coaches can also be used with emerging or new leaders transitioning into leadership roles, or leadership teams needing independent observations to identify growth opportunities for the group.

Having worked as senior leaders within organisations, and having consulted to wide-ranging and diverse clients, we are well positioned to provide advice and formulate strategies to improve employee engagement.
